The Toronto Raptors are heading to the 2026 NBA Playoffs

The Toronto Raptors clinched a NBA playoff spot with a 131-106 victory over the Brooklyn nets on Sunday night.

With both a Hawks and Magic loss, the Raptors clinched the number 5 seed in the Eastern Conference. They will play the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round, who are the number 4 seed.

It's been an up-and-down season for Toronto to say the least. They acheived a 10 game winning streak near the midpoint of the season, but have mainly played .500 basketball since them. They are able to beat the teams at the bottom of the standings, but struggle mightly against the top teams in the league (including going 1-12 against the Pistons, Celtics, and Knicks). In any sense, making the playoffs after four straight seasons of missing them is a cause for celebration.

Game 1 is in Sat, April 19 at 1 p.m. in Cleveland.
