Toronto loses twice to a terrible Hornets team within a week.

Coming off a heartbreaker last night to the Lakers, the Raptors got ready to face a Hornets team that ended their nine game losing streak less than a week ago. Charlotte wins 11-86.
Charlotte has only won one game on the road this year, and one would think the team would come out and dominate them before they face three difficult teams in the Celtics twice, Knicks, and Bucks.
The opposite happened. They came out flatter than a pancake, and got crushed by the Hornets.
The first quarter wasn't that bad. They played well defensively, mind you not draining a lot of buckets, and won the quarter by 6.
I don't know what the hell happened in the second quarter. They forgot how to play basketball and just let Charlotte score at will. And they forgot how to shoot. They lost the quarter by seventeen.
The third was better. They won it by 3, going into the last quarter down eight points.
Any hope of a comeback was immediately vanquished when they gave up a 9-0 run to start the quarter. They put out their G-league players after that, and it was curtains. They got crushed that quarter 33-16.
Raptors lose 111-86
I don't know what the hell that was. That was pathetic. They didn't even have Lamelo and they still crushed us. They look tired, which makes sense, but they still have to play better than that.
I know that starter didn't do great, but, as the announcers stated, someone has to come off the bench and be that spark plug. Every game it seems like our bench gets outplayed, and we can't always rely on our starters.
Scottie Barnes Award: Immanuel Quickly
The first player this year to win this award besides Scottie. Immanuel had 31 points. Everyone else was terrible. We only had two guys in double digits, the other one being Barnes. How are we supposed to win with that?
Next Up: Vs Celtics
They need to start playing better.
